Privacy Notice

How EAVAE Labs handles public website visits, technical brief inquiries, scheduling links, analytics, and safe-sharing boundaries.

Status: Review-required draft; not a complete production privacy policy. Contract-specific workspaces, retention schedules, and private access rules may be handled in separate written terms.

Scope and controller

This notice covers the EAVAE Labs public website, the mailto-based technical brief flow, direct email inquiries, and external scheduling links. It does not cover a signed client engagement, private workspace, or client-specific data processing terms.

EAVAE Labs is responsible for this public website notice. Privacy questions can be sent to solutions@eavaelabs.com. Legal entity, registered address, and registration identifiers remain owner-required details for final procurement review.

Information processed

The current site has no accounts, payments, newsletter, comments, or file upload flow. Most personal data comes from what you choose to put in an email, technical brief, or scheduling flow.

The technical brief asks for name, work email, company or team, optional role, system type, timeline, reliability problem, decision needed, and sanitized or public links.

  • Browsing may involve ordinary request data, route data, device or browser data, and analytics events needed to operate and understand the site.
  • Direct email may include your email address, message content, attachments you choose to send, and ordinary email metadata.
  • Cal.com scheduling may involve meeting details and reminder preferences under Cal.com's own privacy terms.

How information is used

Information you provide may be used to respond to your inquiry, evaluate fit, prepare scoping notes, schedule a call, discuss potential services, maintain ordinary business records, and protect the website from misuse.

EAVAE Labs should not use first-contact material to train public models, publish client proof, or disclose client-sensitive context without appropriate permission and reviewed terms.

Analytics and cookies

The current code includes Vercel Web Analytics only in production. Event tracking records interactions such as booking clicks and technical brief mailto openings; this codebase does not send technical brief field contents to analytics.

The site is not built with advertising pixels or retargeting scripts in the current implementation. Owner review is still needed to confirm analytics configuration, cookie posture, subprocessors, and any required regional notices.

Providers and sharing

Service providers may process information where needed to host the website, measure basic site usage, deliver email, schedule calls, provide professional services, or comply with legal obligations.

Known public-site providers from the current implementation include Vercel for hosting and analytics, Cal.com if you choose to book a call, and the providers behind the EAVAE Labs mailbox.

  • Vercel: website hosting and production Web Analytics.
  • Cal.com: scheduling when you choose the external booking link.
  • Email providers: delivery, storage, and security filtering for messages sent to or from the EAVAE Labs mailbox.

Sensitive material

The first conversation should be useful without exposing your production environment, customer records, or private repository. Do not send credentials, secrets, production data, raw customer records, private repository access, regulated personal data, or confidential third-party material through the public intake flow.

If private material becomes necessary, it should be handled only after scope, access boundaries, and confidentiality terms are agreed.

  • Safe first-contact materials include sanitized descriptions, redacted traces, public repositories, architecture diagrams, sample datasets, and paper references.
  • If sensitive material is accidentally sent, contact EAVAE Labs promptly and identify what should be reviewed without sending more sensitive material in the same thread.

Retention and deletion

Inquiry and scheduling information may be kept for the time needed to respond, manage a potential or active business relationship, keep ordinary business records, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

A fixed public deletion timeline is not promised yet. If you want an inquiry thread deleted or corrected, email solutions@eavaelabs.com and EAVAE Labs will handle the request where practical and legally permitted.

Your choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, or withdrawal of consent. EAVAE Labs will respond to privacy requests where those rights apply and where identity can be reasonably verified.

You can choose not to use the technical brief flow, use direct email instead, or avoid the external booking link if you prefer not to involve those tools.

  • Ask what business inquiry information is held about you.
  • Request correction or deletion where practical and legally permitted.
  • Object to nonessential follow-up or ask not to be contacted again.

Children and international visitors

The website is intended for business and professional inquiries. It is not directed to children.

Visitors and prospective clients may be located in the US, UAE, EU, or other jurisdictions. Providers may process information in countries where they operate, and client-specific transfer or data processing terms should be handled in the final agreement where needed.

Updates and contact

This notice may be updated as EAVAE Labs confirms legal entity details, retention schedules, subprocessors, engagement workspaces, or the public intake process. The last updated date is shown for transparency.

Privacy questions, access requests, correction requests, deletion requests, or concerns about accidentally shared sensitive material can be sent to solutions@eavaelabs.com.
